Special offer for swimmers to stay in the Hall Sunday nights. £115 for two sharing to include supper at the club and free Sunday evening swim and breakfast. Additional (optional!) Monday night: dinner B&B for 2 at £110. Includes free use of club facilities - sorry... clothing required. We can also offer self catering apartments with one or 2 bedrooms for any period over week-ends to include free swims.

The Springwood Sun Club originally instigated these sessions at the Prested Hall Sportsclub, near Kelvedon, and, going from strength to strength, they are also supported by the Meadowlands and Arcadians family naturist clubs.
Recognising that many people wish to swim nude without actually joining a club, these events are open to non-members; indeed these clubs' members are generally in a slight minority.

We welcome children (defined as Under 16s) each second swim (ie 4th Sunday) of the month. These are marked with * asterisks. Children must be out of the pool by 7.45pm when life-guarding (which we try to provide but cannot guarantee) will stop.

The Prested pool is 20m long and 12m wide, a really good size, and is of level depth at 1.38 metres (4' 6"). The sauna comfortably seats ten and is kept at a generous temperature. The newer steam room is just as large and much-enjoyed, particularly the special-effect lights.
We provide excellent affordable meals, sometimes a running buffet and sometimes an a la carte menu; either way it will be good value and wholesome, and of course our bar is available. Sometimes the food is shared with the wedding going on next door and hence a bit grander (and even more excellent value). Last food orders 8.30pm. Admission costs: adults £5, and for the family swims (second of the month) under 16s are half price and under 5s are free.
If you have never been to a nude swimming session before, come for your first visit free of charge (to be arranged by phone in advance).** All you have to lose is your entirely useless and worthless inhibition - and you'll surely be pleased to be rid of this once you've taken the initial plunge.

MASSAGE.
Accidents excepted we will now be able to always offer massage at the rate of £20 for 38 (!) minute sessions (or longer pro rata). Ellie or Ruth will normally be here and we'll usually be able to find a replacement if they can't be. It's well worth booking these in advance (via clubreception@prested.com ) because realistically they can only do about four or five people in the evening and we often have disappointed non-clients.
Springwood, Meadowlands, Arcadians and Prested members have a membership card to show on arrival, otherwise you should arrange your visit with Springwood organiser Ernest, on

Club members excepted, unless you are on his "welcome" list at the door - which becomes Prested's approved list once we know you - sadly you won't be (welcome!)

Body-painting......we will sometimes be doing a bit of bodypainting or body casting these evenings, whenever we can secure the services of a model and a caster or painter. (Volunteer models welcomed.)

Directions to the Prested Hall pool:
The entrance to the estate is on the south-bound slip road only 30 metres off the A12 coming from Colchester towards Feering and Kelvedon. Coming from the south go through Kelvedon & Feering and upon leaving Feering, heading for Colchester, Prested is sign-posted, veering to the right before the A12 Kelvedon bi-pass would have been re-joined.
Having found the main entrance, proceed right the way to the very end of the long avenue (passing a white Lodge House on your right) and arriving at the Hall (also white but rather bigger). Turning left, go past this with the Hall on your right, and the club will be seen ahead of you. Look for two huge wooden doors in the corner... and you're there!
Prested Hall and its sportsclub are entirely non-smoking.
